Based on a true story of the American Civil War, culminating at the Battle of New Market, May 1864. A group of teenage cadets sheltered from war at the Virginia Military Institute must confront the horrors of an adult world when they are called upon to defend the Shenandoah Valley. Leaving behind their youth, these cadets must decide what they are fighting for.。オムニバス形式の作品。ビデオ化の前にテレビ放映されている。 一本目「悪魔の理論」（監督／清水崇出演／橘実里） クラスメイトの女の子が浮気してると疑っている少年が彼女に盗聴器を仕掛ける。そして彼女が盗聴器を付けたまま自殺。少年が盗聴テープから知った事実は・・・ 「呪怨1・2」の清水崇監督。「呪怨」の時の爆発力こそないが、静かで哲学的な恐怖を描き出している。盗聴器のテープを聴きながら事件の真相に迫って行く演出にもっとこだわってくれるのかと思ったけど、監督の興味はもう少し違う方向にあるようだった。（☆☆１／２） 二本目「屋根裏の長い髪」（監督／三宅隆太出演／馬渕英里何北原雅樹） 好きな男性に尽くすがあまり捨てられる髪の長い大人しくて幼さの残るOLがある日・・・意外に面白かったです。オーソドックスな怪談もの。（☆☆１／２） 三本目「首吊り気球」（監督...。
