The father is not exactly subtle about his interest in the tutor, but the woman prefers his much more sensitive son.。唐朝时期，从彭泽县令升任濮阳刺史的狄仁杰（孙重亮 饰）准备启程赴任，临行前他向云州刺史滕侃辞行，却遭遇一桩奇案。云州柯家药铺东家柯兴元被人算中六个时辰内将有血光之灾，随后便投河自杀。药铺掌柜冷秋去官府报案，但滕侃并不以自杀身亡受理。在与滕老爷交谈过程中，对方奇怪的头疼病和一些反常的举止引起了狄仁杰的怀疑。滕老爷卧病期间，狄仁杰暗中查访，终于弄清了冷秋和算命者暗中所设之局，戳穿了柯兴元自杀事件背后的真相。在此期间，滕侃的夫人银莲意外死亡，狄仁杰顺藤摸瓜，发现了人性背后的另一桩隐情…… 本片根据《大唐狄公案》中的经典章节改编。。纽约私家侦探Hamberger，以食物店做他的办公室，富有的华尔街工业家Alex Burton用优厚条件雇用Hamberger杀他的太太，Hamberger把订金收下，却警告Alex的太太Sharon Burton离开。但Sharon Burton依然被杀，Hamberger成了嫌疑犯。侦查中Hamberger发觉这原是一个骗局，于是与警探协议给他四十八小时证明自己清白。。
